Our tour guide (my good friend) finally convinced the airline to leave 22 bags of luggage instead, and of course they would not let us pick which pieces, and of course they had told us to check our carry-ons since the plane was too full, so we had nothing. Allen had sandals and borrowed a pair of socks to go to tikal the next day. Sounds like you had a much bigger adventure than we did!!Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05328005665495691469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7339882569268827735.post-27824551350988857362010-10-29T11:37:16.670-07:002010-10-29T11:37:16.670-07:00Hey Sarah! Of course ours will be the elderly accompanied by kids and a baby version, but still exciting. Did you guys end up crossing into Chiapas, Mexico at all? Did you hike any of the volcanoes around Antigua?Sarah Morrisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7339882569268827735.post-68220856717256960252010-10-14T15:43:12.004-07:002010-10-14T15:43:12.004-07:00Will, you definitely need to get out more... ;) I ...Will, you definitely need to get out more... ;) I am SOOOOOO jealous!Wayne Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10960682647088620547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7339882569268827735.post-74399876746616696932010-09-08T10:43:59.097-07:002010-09-08T10:43:59.097-07:00I can't believe that pic of you with the shark...I can't believe that pic of you with the shark!! Scary....I would have peed my pants. But then again...you get so bloody tired on those trips you don't really care about things that you usually would. So maybe I wouldn't have cared that the shark might eat me and we would be friends. Ha ha! Glad you guys had fun!
